Will of WYATT HARPER

I, WYATT HARPER, being of sound mind and memory in the name of
Almighty God make this my last Will and Testament.
Item 1
I will my boddy (sic) to be buried in a decent and Christian
manner and my Spirit to God who gave it.
(NOTE: There is no item 2)
Item 3
I will my wife, MARTHA HARPER, to hold and possess in her own
right all the property I am possessed of consisting of land, stock, household,
and kitchen furniture, farming implements, for the purpose of raising and
educating my four younger children viz FRANCIS V. HARPER, LUTHER D. HARPER,
SIDNEY HARPER and ALFRED W. HARPER.
Item 4
I will that my wife should, provided she can without materally
interfering with the main object in my will stated above, as they become of age
and should wish to leave, give off such property she can conveniently dispose
of.
Item 5
I will upon the death of my wife, MARTHA HARPER, all my
property named above be sold and divided equally between my four children
already named in this will.
I will in consideration that I have given all that I was able
to my first children made the above disposition of my property to the four by my
last wife MARTHA HARPER.
