The following named negroes were assigned to

The following named negroes were assigned to

Wiatt Harper as his lot of negroes to wit

We the undersigned having been requested to

they stand & we find that Wily Harper owes the children

of E Jones dec’d in confederate money twelve hundred

and thirty three dollars & Wiatt Harper is to pay four

hundred and eighty three 83/100 dollars to equalize the

lots of negroes. Given under our hands this Dec 6^th
